Life often pulls us up by the roots. To remain grounded take a step back, close your eyes with feet firmly on the floor, and imagine roots growing from your toes deep into Mother Earth.

ReedOn's word of the day for Friday, February 11, 2022 is MINDFULNESS. At least once a day I try to sit and meditate on just being. This is how I practice mindfulness.
